Roland Lim rose to the position of Enercon Asia Pte. Ltd. CEO in 2020. He has achieved this position through years of consistent learning, expanding his knowledge base, and eagerness to accept additional responsibilities.
He got an honors degree in Biomedical Engineering and attended EMBA at SP Jain School of global management.
He joined Enercon in 2007 as a fresher in the Engineering department. The journey to the top was achieved through a step by step growth. Starting from creating basic designs to making complex applications, doing engineering for all kinds of customers from Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, etc, He did commissioning and visited every variety of customers across Asia.

Mr. Azhar Othman is a highly accomplished professional with a remarkable career spanning over two decades in the Power Generation and control fields.
He has a degree w Honors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Salford, UK and Executive Master of Business Administration from SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore.
He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a steadfast commitment to delivering excellence. Moreover, Mr. Azhar holds the esteemed position of Executive Chairman of Enercon Asia Group, where he has successfully overseen operations across Asia since 2002, contributing to the company’s widespread success with offices in 7 countries and exported their customized highly engineered products to more than 20 countries.
